4-Wheeler drifted into my lane last Friday S/O SLC....
I had a witness and the kid was texting.....
My insurance carrier is preparing for a lawsuit.....
I'm preparing to fight the points that will automatically go onto my CSA 2010...Even though I didn't cause the accident to occur...simplyred1962 Thanks this. -
I love how suddenly when it hurts us, we are considered professionals. But never when it helps us
-
4-Wheelers have the legal advantage......
And Law Enforcement always has that famous answer: "Driver....you're not supposed to be there..."
"There" Meaning anyplace 4-wheelers might conglomerate....Whether that be a highway, a parking lot....Even the lost and drunk 4-wheeler who jumps a curb and hits your rig at the truck stop while you're on a reset....
We are always in the wrong according to Law enforcement, the media, the public...and....even our own insurance carriers....simplyred1962 Thanks this. -
I take issue with your false information about insurance carriers. See, *EVERYONE* is wrong according to an insurance carrier. That is, everyone that is paying for the policy. It's always your fault. They will use any excuse to jack your rates up.simplyred1962 Thanks this.

I stand corrected.....simplyred1962 Thanks this.

Please do some thinking before classifying all four wheelers...First when we are not on the road we too are in four wheelers, so are we automatically dumb when we get in our cars??? when my wife and children are going to get groceries, driving from our small town in montana to a bigger city to do what ever needs be done she is in a four wheeler, she is a truckers wife...yes many people in cars, trucks etc need educated but remember some of the four wheelers that pass us on our highways are truckers or families of truckers...also if you ever talk to a person in a four wheeler dont classify them to there face as a four wheeler..I done that once and they argued with me that no they were not on an atv...
Ducks Thanks this. -
LEO: Driver, you are in the wrong because you are not supposed to be THERE.
Me as driver: Then officer, why don't you tell me just where the HELL I'm supposed to be, pulling frieght that YOUR family is gonna want to buy!
Maybe it's a good thing I don't drive currently. I think my temper would get the best of me at the wrong time. -
hahahahaha. YES. We are automatically dumb when we get in our cars. JK.
But my car has a big, obvious, 9 foot CB antenna, and i can usually be yelled at on channel 19 if i should do anything wrong. Usually that's not the case though, because I know how to drive around a truck. gee, i wonder why... -
Since I'm a driver...my family is more aware than your average "4-Wheelers".....
They know what we go through....
I'm talking about your typical 4-Wheeler who sees us as nothing more than an obstacle that impedes their way to Starbucks.....
I'm talking about 4-Wheelers whose idea of changing lanes is a 45* angle into our "Space Cushion"...and they brake-check us.....
I'm talking about the 4-Wheelers who ignore your signal to change lanes....Then after you change lanes...they get into the lane you just moved out of....
I'm talking about the 4-wheelers who drive 55 mph in the hammer lane....You pass them up...they get pizzed and cut you off and then drop back down to 55...just to prove their point....simplyred1962, hotrod1653, Runaway02 and 2 others Thank this.
