oh also had to move and raise my little pto and dump lever box...that was fun :(

also, my alternator crapped on me last week (seized up and burnt my belts). good thing though, that was the wrong alternator, which made my belts not line up. upon searching for a new one...a local truck parts shop got me one that lined up perfectly. prob the one that shouldve went in the first time. its 150 amp (old one was 100 amp).

well throwing in the towel on the house units and probably going with a red dot unit or something similar by next summer. this exhaust hose is ginormous and no where to put it without cutting another hole. plus it seems like a little too much wear on the batteries and alt. than i would like

I think if you went with either a mini split or window shaker. You'd have better luck.

whats a window shaker? the regular window units from a house? if so, tried that already. truck vibration cracked the copper tubes inside..repeatedly. and the split window systems take up a ton of space on my back wall...would probably lose my rear window view

Great price. I see it’s sold out right now. With well insulated and secured lines. Might last a while. I’ve seen a few mini splits on Trucks. Don’t know how they hold up. There’s a thread on here. Nice set up. Can’t remember who it was though. Portables suck.Ive got an 8000w, barely kept the Truck cool. Ok at night only. Besides they draw more amps per btu
