Yea, that's what I thought... not sure about the regen stuff. Drove a 2010 cascadia with the regen for about 9 months... problems every week. But it was a detroit motor.

I did at first but once they replaced the sensor on it I never had any problems with it for about the last 80-90k miles I drove it.
-
Guess they figured it out... I changed trucks so no idea what the issues was with that cascadia.
-
Yeah the company I just left got some cascadia's in late last year and this year and they have been in the shop more than on the road lol.
-
I went with the 2010.
-
Yeah mine has the def. It's costing me about $25 s week by only getting it at the pump. I'd probably choose not to have it if there's a choice just to avoid the extra expense. On the plus side it's a california legal truck for longer then the ones without. So it might help resale when that day comes.
Drifter42 Thanks this. -
I'm just a little leary of the paccar engine.
-
I don't blame you there. I really liked the cummins engine I had before this. Better power and the engine brakes worked way better.
Been a rough day today. Took 8 hours to get loaded now the load will be late and it messes up my day tomorrow. And even at $35 an hour it won't compensate for wrecking my weekend. But I guessI will just have to wait and see how it turns out. -
how come some drivers get alot of miles but most dont.I heard all new hires are going on elogs is that the reason why some have better weeks than others.
-
No and I also commented on your last post to this. I'm on elogs and do just fine. I also have a awesome dispatcher compared to others imo.
