Conestoga drivers do that all the time. When I pulled flatbed, i would see conestoga drivers get a coil put in and not chain a thing. They just pull the tarp back and keep it moving. DOT needs to look closer at those conestoga drivers

You don't have to tie stuff down with those trailers, they are just like a van or maybe that was you don't have to tarp.

Saw a flat bedder right at the I 30 / 635 exit in Dallas this morning that had his load of rebar go through his cab. Luckily for him, it was on the deck and only ruined his sleeper.
