    Good find.

    Its probably quite damaging financially to send a bottle of something to be tested for THC and found to contain excessive amounts against Dixie. At the same time the trucker is damaged as well. A no win scenario.

    Once the judge rules, if he rules in favor of the trucker, then there probably will be a case law made of it and a subsequent avalanche of similar suits.
