Don’t most look back 10 yrs? Driving Drunk in CV big problem. DUI is a felony that stays on record where I live. Impaired driving 7 or 10 yrs. Louisiana you never know. Since no point system, about only way to get suspended is for non payment or DUI. He needs to check his State Record. I’m sure He can get s CDL . Then also a Job. Meanwhile I hope he’s not Driving!!
