well....ahem...ahem....I HAD a Ford Pinto.......best carned little car i could have ever had. (i think it was a '77)

5 on the floor, factory "mag style" wheels, white wall tires, orange body, white half vinyl roof....

looked almost like this in fact...(one was in the old tv show, Charlie's Angels)

back to the story, i can "see" the owners of EV's facing water bills, clean up bills, and insurance surcharges for all that...
    '
and why not.>?? water is NOT free........time wasted is NOT free.

Bumper and Bud A. Thank this.

My father had one too. Station wagon, dark blue, with interior to match.4 on the floor, mag wheels. Amazingly we weren’t rear-ended (back then kids could ride in the back (cargo area) without worrying about getting a ticket for kids not being buckled up,lol). Of course those were actually safer than some of these EVs.

Bud A. and buddyd157 Thank this.

They have to dunk every EV off that ship, 3 weeks later and they still do something when they put them in the water!
Looks like bad stuff they way they are suited up?

Bud A. and JoeyJunk Thank this.

Some fire departments are using containers with the tops cut off and filled with water . They toss the whole car into it and add water when some boils off.. scary part is 20 years from now it will be a environmental disaster trying to dispose of old cars . The junk yards will likely charge you to dispose of it kinda like tires .
