Received 9 loads this morning, booked them all paying excellent rates... then had to call back and cancel four of the five this afternoon, one guy has been cancelled twice. Thankfully they didn't load until tomorrow and Monday so people hadn't started heading to them yet, but it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

Hey buddy, I'm new to the forum. I hear you, hang in there and keep on trucking. I tell you besides the Lord and my family, the one thing that helps me on those kind of days is to realize just how blessed any of us are that are gainfully employed. There is just no guarantee that things won't get worse exonomically and otherwise just because we are America as some think. I'm just glad we are not as bad as Europe, at least yet. We are still so blessed here. I have enjoyed reading your posts about Landstar, especially because I have interest in getting on with them in the not so distant future, have a hopefully better day.

Surprisingly everyone has been understanding. Unfortunately we had to cancel on one of our BCO's, which I never like to do. There was only one that wasn't the nicest... but oh well.

If they were going to the Northeast ... right now, I would refuse them too.

I've been enjoying this warmer than normal weather between Chicago and Buffalo. The steel bar loads and asphalt shingle loads are keeping me profitable this month.

Hey do you ever get loads out Texas way, I'm an approved carrier with LS and like to stay mostly in TX but my x just moved to Virginia with my kids so I'm looking to head out that way about 1 a month? Have been considering BCO but not sure.

Don't care about the LS approved trucks? Nice.

Was this another case of you guys booking trucks for those automatic orders that weren't confirmed? You guys really need to get you stuff together over there LOL.
