Another hypothetical question

    okay...glad i re-read the post....because i was going to play Devils Advocate, and what i would have said is now moot. But seeing how the company knows about the accident, you still cannot know for a FACT if it wont show up on your DAC down the road. If it was reported to the company you got termed from.....report it just like a traffic ticket.

    and totally agree....just state the facts, and nothing more. but.....no details, even if they ask....

    Thats why I said backdated. none of my speeding tickets have been reported until after court. unless I just paid the fine, and admitted guilt. (only done it a few times, then got smart and realized officers rarely show up for simple traffic tickets.... Thrown out by judge:biggrin_25525:)

    Hypothetical my left eye.........but anyway..... I hope you don't think that employment verification and dates are all they are permitted by law to pass on.
