    American beef sells for huge prices in some of the Arab countries. Cross dock that beef into a container, put it on a ship, and it would be gone before anybody knew where to look.

    Country of Origin Labeling? Would it work for an Arab buying a container full of stolen beef knowing full well the beef was stolen? That sticker might be like a guarantee of quality.
    To take that much beef you'd have to have a market or some place with a goodly amount of storage. Thats why the idea of exporting it makes sense.

    I 100% agree with your theory
    What I was asking the member I quoted was if he was Familiar with COOL because it would make it very hard to repackage or try to mix in to be resold .. plus the simple fact that 40,000 lbs of stolen meat is not active to a large wholesale buyer the profit margin is not worth the risk
    And its to.much of a undertaking to a small time black marketer

    I worked for a company that lost 3 trailers and that is what happened to 1 and poss the 2nd as suspected. But i no longer haul meat. And have not for 15 or more years
