Left Horseheads to Fulton, NY to get a load going to VA. Delivered that load this morn. Dispatched to Eden to pick up a load going to Milwaukee, wooooo hooooo. Bad thing is I'm playing the hours game day by day, good thing I drop it Monday so I can nurse the hours, and get to stop by the house on the way up. Mama-son will be happy.

Right now sitting at White's travel plaza on I-81 in VA, which is no longer White's. It is a Petro now. I had 30 minutes left of my 6 hrs available today, lol. Will take off at midnight to get to Eden which is 137 miles away.

Made myself a promise yesterday.....I will never eat the T/A buffet again, lol. Ate at the one in Harrisburg, PA and it made me feel sick, had heartburn all night. So no more of that crap.

Hey, have a great day all!

Dropped in Milwaukee this morn. Surprisingly traffic wasn't all that terrible at 7:15 getting in there. Headed to Richfield to pick up a load to deliver at DePere, WI. I like going to places I've never been before. Change of scenery and you never know what challenges you face.

While I was sitting there another driver pulled in to unload. He opened his trailer doors to discover the load shifted forward, took out the bulkhead and pushed out the front of the trailer. Poor guy has only been with Millis for a month. I helped them restack the load, it was hot and humid as all get out.

Left there and went to SCA in Menasha to pick up a load going to Cherokee, AL. Certainly a good way to start out the week.

####, nice of ya to help him out. Anyone sees 2018 and needs some straps I've aquired some extras. I know its hard starting out with only 2 and some don't have the$ early on to buy extras. I always give extras left in trailers to new drivers I see that appear ambitious enough to strap the bulk head once instructed how and why.

Bear that is motivating you taking your time to help that driver out with the shifted load. You never know when anyone of us may need that same favor and I imagine he will never forget what you did for him. I continue to be very much appreciative of all the postings from you guys here on this site, I am learning so much from you all (Sully,Baritone, Bear, and others). Also is was good to finally meet Baritone at the Trenton classroom the other day. Maybe next time I will not be sitting in class and will actually have time to chat. Sully that is for sure one nice truck you have there. I had a chance to see one of the new T700's at Trenton this week and it was sweet. Be safe out there!

I completely agree but must say for some reason I stack'em faster for a millis driver than raven, Werner, or swift. Might be something to that. I spent last couple days in Trenton for break and then trlr issues. Truck is filthy dirty now. Headed to niagra falls shortly and then Indiana. Hopefully headed to WI to get my stuff outs my old truck. That'll be nice BUT did I mention I left in such a hurry that I left a cooler full of food in it. Ugh, that was 14 days ago and counting. Not looking forward to that.
