If I am not mistaken there is another T/A closer to the customer. Check for one just north of them (unless that's where you are LOL)

There's a T/A south bound 95 and north bound 95 and they are an exit apart the south bound one is a piece of crap, but the north bound one is OK. I stayed at the north bound one the night of the super bowl and when I was training with Baritone we stayed there one night after spending 7 hours at Toano, VA. Stayed at the Baltimore T/A, but no charge if you get fuel. Never saw any lot lizards when I was there. I must have scared them away!
