Ok so I know the only way to really know is to call and ask a recruiter or safety officer at prospective employers but I figured I'd see if I'd just be wasting my time in doing so. On my 3 year report as of February 15 2017 I will have only 2 violations. One is 55 in a 45 in September 2015. The other wich is the one worrying me is 60 in a 45 in October 2014. I know some states consider this reckless driving but in SC it isn't considered reckless untill 25 mph over. As far as criminal record all I have is a seatbelt ticket from October 2016 as this is how SC records seatbelt infractions. I've been keeping my nose clean sinice last year wich ironically happened when I got lost trying to get to the dmv to get my mvr. What are my chances am I wasting my time?

25 in SC is no way associated with reckless driving.

I was rear ended and the other guy took off, was found, then charged with leaving the scene... now I've got a "crash" that shows up on the mvr....it doesn't say no-fault and certainly doesn't say fault... but a good company that hired me say that they can't get me on their insurance because of it...I submitted the police report and everything and still the answer is NO...are there any options here? should I just forget it?

Need more details; are you already a cdl driver? How much experience do you have? Where is your location?

I was asking before I attended Roadmaster, currently drive for Boyd Bros. Been driving for Boyd since March. I can honestly say that since getting my CDL and starting with Boyd I've made a lot of changes to how I drive. I follow at a much greater distance than before, even in my pickup, I also pay way more attention to my speed, and to everyone around me.
