Been driving almost a year. Just got an 06 Freightliner Columbia dd60. Love this driving but not having fun with engine troubles. Replaced the fluids, filters, Charge Air Cooler, but motor still has a "cough" going up hill under load, drops 200 rpm but just keeps on going. Any ideas out there? Computer diagnostics show nothing. Do I need to pay for a dyno test to figure this one out?

Welcome. Hard to say what the cough is. You own your truck I'm assuming..dyno won't be cheap. Looks like a mechanic somewhere would have encountered this problem in the past and have some input on it.
