I went through Troops for Transport back in February. Not too bad and the GI bill will pay for everything, gas reimbursement and lodging. Got my CDL and they'll reimburse you for any endorsments. They will sign you up to a list and many companies will reach out to you.
My top picks were TMC and Maverick flatbed, but then I found a Schneider flatbed account. Any of the big companies sign you into the military apprenticeship program. I was getting around $1350 a month from the VA for that.
