Another nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't read all 5 pages so I don't know if this was covered but there seems to be some missing pieces to the story, IMHO...I know 2 people at RUSH and they are happy and busy...And there always seems to be bumps with many big companies when it comes to getting rolling, it's an inherent problem due to the size of management...This was a 3 day issue, not a 3 week one...And I can see how I, or almost anyone, would be frustrated, but to me, if I over-react to that too much over 3 days, I shouldn't be surprised to receive an equal and opposite reaction...I can also guess someone with 25yrs experience expects things to go a certain way, or people to do as they say as he does, but it's just not the case all the time and people with that level of experience may 'express' their disappointment quicker...

I'd also think someone with 25yrs experience would have had the knowledge from others on the road or personal research about the company so he either knew there may be some bumps or just had bad info...

Lastly, and sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if they jack his DAC regardless...Just the fact he says they threatened it would be a flag...If I were him, I'd find another job quick and have them pull a DAC now, hopefully before the other company reports anything...A little research could probably reveal whether the company uses DAC to hurt drivers or just threatens to...Just a thought...

 

I own my truck but find leasing onto a company is better for me.I am not a organized kind of person.I do have self pay workmans comp but it only covers 60% of you income or 700 max a week.Its sad that there is so many rotten companies out there but reading the posts in the forums usually gives you a heads up on the crappers
