No uniforms, facial hair/beards are no problem. Look presentable and dress nice (no sweatpants, etc) during orientation though, trust me, they notice.

You got that right. Had a returning driver in my orientation get told to change his shirt, to one with sleeves and with out the rude phrasing on it, or don't bother coming back.

Beard can't be long no cowboy boots, no big ### belt buckle no 70s trucker shirt no cowboy hat. Basically don't dress like the bandit, or rubber duck and you'll b fine

Vans have a policy on beards? Because I saw this guy in West Memphis and I am not saying anything but I did tell him what I wanted for Christmas.

We're also supposed to wear safety footwear, use gloves when touching anything outside the truck, not wear shorts when ot is below 8520 degrees, and a whole host of other little things that no one will say anything about until you have a problem. Unless an OSR gets up on the wrong side of the bed and decides to go postal.

and take off at least one of the gloves before you open the latch to climb in the cab.
