What does this have to do with it being an EV? Says the idiot hit the wrong pedal, something old folks do quite often.

I had one go through the front of a building right in front of me once. Happens a lot, no EV needed.

Looks like a case of “too stupid to drive” to me. I mean cmon, “I hit the wrong pedal???” From here on, I think she should just be pushing bike pedals.

Thats not a reason to not buy an EV. Maybe a reason to not get married or buy your spouse a vehicle made with now flexing material. :)

Hence the title of the thread-Another POSSIBLE reason not to by one.o_O
Some EVs are a little quicker on acceleration than their ICE counterparts!
At least this one didn’t catch fire after the accident.

Most definitely quicker. Way quicker, all of them I've driven. I want one. I don't need one, I don't have an opinion on the environment or any of the reasons most people buy them. I want an EV because I love car tech and they are full of cool stuff.

I'll never own one though unless there's a charger on every corner and the range is 600 miles at least.
