Give 'em an opportunity to do something stupid and they will. 4 wheeler obviously to blame but if you're going to drive that close to the center of a road like that you better keep an eye on what's going on ever there.

Cmon driver. You got mirrors for a reason . And if ur gonna do a wide turn like that u gotta understand the 4 wheelers dont know what ur doing and u got to watch those mirrors like a hawk , they will slip right in the space you need... manuever ur truck and trailer to a spot in the road the effectively takes away space on both sides to fit a car but gives u enough room to still swing wide. This could easily be done oa road like that with a curb. Also he looked to be going quite fast to be turning so i wonder if he realized his turn was right at that moment and tried to do a quick swing wide and just happened to have a dumb 4 wheeler on his side. An avoidable situation for everybody involved and could be argued both ways whos at fault.

At the end of the day the accident was ruled a non-preventable on the driver. 4-wheeler was found at fault and her insurance is on the hook for the damages.
