Well this is the first negative thing I’ve read about cfi in maybe the last four months I’ve been researching them. And Im gonna comfortably say that I still plan to go start driving for them as my first company. Greyhound leaves on the 31st...
another reason why not to work for cfi

I have worked for 5 different OTR company's and have never EVER been charged with a service failure,
And thats not because I was never late, heck I was 2wks late on one load. I just follow procedures for dealing with service issues.
I have had to transfer 2 loads at my company last week that others took to the wrong whse. Why? because the bills give the address for Whse #1 & the text dispatch whse #2. In the guidelines it says to follow ALL load destinations given by dispatch NOT the shipper.
Since we are leased on drivers that cost them $55 each & I made $55 each for 30mins of work taking them to the correct destination.Last edited: Mar 25, 2018
