    Bad part is even though this AHole clearly walked infrint of the truck...do any of us think after this we will ever get insurance / be insurable again? Every day I drive I think of this how to protect my living as an owner op.....scary at best

    That happened to one of our drivers in a reefer outfit I worked for. Car swerved into the side of tractor and killed the car drivers. Police and mans family up in arms over some truck driver killing the guy. Few days later some motel called the police and had found a suicide note which described exactly what happened. The guy thought his family could make lots of money suing the trucking company.
