Dang man give Swift drivers a break. Yah I admit a lot of them do suck but most haven't even received 6 months experience. Some people don't have the luxury to choose which company they go to when they first start out. I've been with them over 3 months solo now and I haven't hit a friggin thing. Yah I know that's not saying much but i've seen other drivers out there that claim to have years experience and they have trouble backin their friggin trailer in a truck stop. Id rather be a SWIFT inexperienced driver than a ####y fat trucker that thinks hes God's gift to the road. I threw fat in to piss off anyone that was talking junk... nothing personal to anyone thats obese reading this. Oh yes I know SWIFT doesn't seem to keep experienced drivers very long and that is a problem in my opinion but they do get a lot of people on their way to better trucking jobs at the least. In reality probably a lot of people that talk junk about SWIFT here and OTR on CB probably worked for them or one of the companies they own.

WTF would a company give a rookie driver a BRAND NEW TRUCK. Hell I trained in a clunker, ran my first 3 months in a clunker, and when I switched to team I then got a 07 truck. But my brand new team mate messed that truck up bad about 2 months after we got it by high hooking and keep going back until he ripped the fairing bars out of the cab and crushed the exhaust. That was one hell of a scary wakeup for me.
