not tryin to say they are....but with 18,000 trucks and 30 good drivers...they tend to have more crashes than most

I am going to be one of those good drivers for Swift....maybe the ones involved in those accidents are not taking things seriously or just dont care. Wish me luck i start in July

I would seriously reconsider working for them. Its not that they are given so much flak on here...its because from what we as a huge collective group of drivers have seen from Swift....it is not only a bad company to work for, but they seem to have really poor drivers more than any other company. Ok well that was bad grammar, but you get my point.

    MAJIK Lady Thanks this.

Good luck to you. Try to learn all you can if you get a good trainer. And just drive within your limits. Don't be pushed into early retirement by any dispatcher trying to force you to do something you know is wrong or beyond your abilities.:biggrin_25525:

Thanks for the advice ziggystyles...i have checked out all the other companies and swift was more available than others were. And i have heard so much on here that it is a good starter company.
