I’ve almost forgotten there are tires called Dunlop’s.
I just don’t see them often anywhere other than the common brandsVampire Thanks this. -
To the OP... I’d recommend Bridgestone 713’s. Great tire.

My thoughts on buying tires is local tire dealers. In my area Southern Tire, Ozarko, and Purcell will have a big inventory. They will have what you want in stock and be willing to deal. Also write a check don’t use a card. They don’t take a hit on percentage of the bill that way. Don’t be afraid to lie and say hey your competition offered this on X tire out the door. The bigger places like Pomps, Bauer Bilt etc won’t usually have much in stock in way of sets because they have bean counters controlling inventory.
I usually ask for the best bang for the buck drive tire. I’m not real brand specific though I don’t want Chinese tires. My truck will run Bridgestone, Goodyear, and Hankooks really well. That said I stay on top of tire pressure and check my suspension for wear every oil change. I pull a tape on it every oil change. I tried a set of Firestone steers last round and won’t try that again. It’s Michelin or nothing on the steers.
Also when shopping tires don’t be afraid to call the same company but a different location to get a quote. Different salesmen will do different things.

The difference is 677s have a bit closer lug pattern to the 647s more aggressive tread. Probably makes the 677 the better buy for fuel mileage despite the 45$ extra per tire -
