Another Tire Thread

    Fair enough, Personal opinion, had a boss that swore that they were nothing but trouble costing him tires all the time, but for someone that actually checks their tire pressure on the road in dirt mud gravel etc instead of a nice clean shop they are very worth it to me even if one or two mess up the core every year, cores are a cheap and quick fix as far as time for me compared to having to pull caps to check tire pressure.

    Indeed, pulling the caps can be a pain but returning to my truck to find flat tires is a much bigger pain to me. I've had those caps allow air to escape after checking pressure in the past. I check my pressures at least once a week and thump them numerous times a day.
