I'd be going nuts and would have done/said something to get myself fired by now.
You're a far more patient man than me.

I've gone 4200 miles in the last 8 days. And even with that, I hated sitting on Thanksgiving with that 450 mile wed-fri load.

Met the father and son team in 1709 tonight, nice people.
They are finally getting a new Freightliner, it's waiting in Missoula for them.
    They've been running +20,000 miles a month and 1709 can't take it.
General consensus is it's probably a + #2000 Cascadia. Hope so.
In either case, they should give our top team a run for the miles per month crown now that they'll have a fresh war pony.

I've been reading you guys posts for a few weeks now and have W/S on the top of my short list.Got in touch with a recruiter named Roxy in Montana to get more of a feel for the company.Everything she said I liked but thats her job so she could be selling me a dream.Me and friend plan on starting school Jan 5th.My question is where because we have enough to pay for school on our own but would like to save cash if their school is worth it.Or should we wait for the economy to get better because we dont wanna sit and wait for loads?

Well, I sure hope Soon2be made it out of Helena by now. I just rolled into Sac at 6:30 tonight for my hometime. Just in time for my 6am flight to mexico tomorrow morning. Levi had me sweating bullets yesterday thinking I wasn't going to get a load down this way, but he found one headed to SFS that I dropped in Modesto to have repowered. Anyhow, I am going to go enjoy my week in Cabo and will catch up with you guys next week. Be safe out there and good luck on getting those miles.

    Hey Keb1209 -

Just curious, after you do all of this (or during) are they monitoring your heart and BP? Or do they just want to make sure you can do it?

    Thanks

    Hey there -

Can anyone give me any information about working out of NC? I live closer to the High Point Terminal (90 miles), but I am not opposed to working out of the Hickory Terminal either (180 miles).

Do you take your truck home? Is there a radius issue? And are there different types of loads depending on the terminal?

    Thanks!

Well, I tried to call Roxy and ended up leaving a message. I originally called another number where I talked to someone named Keith and he said things were slow and they weren't hiring newbies and wannabe's.

    Anyone know?
