Antenna for Cascadia?

Just interesting cause i never knew a 102" fibreglass ant ever exsisted..

 

Yes they did exist back in the day. I think it was a shakespeare antenna. But I believe Radio Shack sold the 102 inch fiberglass antenna too.

I just bought one for the jeep … they are still out there.

 

Like to try one some day if i happen across one..Seems to me someone had a 8ft francis but cant remember where or who..

 

My dad still has a Shakespeare 102. Probably owned it 40+ years.

 

Well how about that. I did a quick search earlier and they all were stainless steel.

 

That's very impressive. Not only does it show the quality of the products from the 70's, but it also shows how well your dad takes care of his things.

 

I've got one well used and one brand new Francis Amazers. I forget how long they are, short of 102" now that I think about it....
