Any guidance on where and how to mount an antenna on a sterling truck would be appreciated.

Where are you looking to mount? I run a NGP on mine as prior setups weren’t working well with a poor grounding plane.
Works okay, but nothing to rant about. It’s difficult getting a cb to work well with a Sterling.

I’ve tried a ngp antenna and yes I had decent results. Honestly the best thing I have found is a Wilson lil will mag mount. I was just curious if anyone else had anything better.

Some have the aero mirrors and some with the classic stainless arms. Doors being fiberglass you’ll have to run a ground strap from the arm to starter/frame.
