No exhaust bracket either, this stylish ride has a weed burner. I just realized that I have one of those mirrors above the passenger that looks down at the ground. I think the threads for those bolts are the same as the threads on a perch mount, so if I can find my perch mount, maybe I'll put something there to start with so I can at least use my radio.

To Busasamurai, yes, you could change the angle by twisting the mount. I have found out the extra
6-12 inches above the cab windscreen gives me more range. And like I said, there are no low clearances on my run. (A city driver has rubbed my antenna tip off once, but its not a big deal). Anyway, if you have the bracket up on top of the cab, you may have to do with a shorter antenna to keep it to 13' 6". Make sure that bracket is grounded. -
Good advice.
I've got a my 4ft shaft made and my Wilson 2000 whip cut down to where the whole thing is at 81" as recommended by "rabbiporkchop" (who hasn't been here lately, hope everything is good with him). I think my whip ended up being about 26" or so, pretty short, but it and the load coil will be above the roof line where there is only plastic/fiberglass. Now all I need is the time/opportunity to try it out.
Made my 4ft shaft out of a plane old piece or round stock and welded the proper size bolts to the end of it (3/8x24) then had to grind it down a little for the locking nuts to fit. If this works I've got a local metal company that will make me one in stainless steel for $30.
