Ok Aglaw the orifice should be in the bottom of the round accumulator on the firewall? I sure think its the orifice because everything else seems to check out.. The gauge read the low side at50 I dropped it to 40 and the high side dropped to about 125ish

Sorry for the delay... I'm no A/C expert, but I do know enough to get myself into trouble. Therefore, if I'm wrong, someone correct me or elaborate.

That being said, the orifice tube will be in the inlet to the evaporator not the accumulator. Both are on the firewall. The accumulator will be on the driver's side near the wiper motor--it's the canister looking device. The evaporator will be on the passenger's side, down low. Follow the line from the condenser (front of radiator) to the evaporator. If you have a sleeper, that line will "T" off to also supply the sleeper evaporator. Anyway, look for the fitting where it goes through the firewall into the cab. There'll be two lines going into the cab there, with the evaporator inlet being the smaller diameter of the two. That would be where you'll find the orifice tube.

However, if you have a sleeper, check to see if the sleeper unit is cooling properly. (BTW, the sleeper evaporator will have an orifice tube of its own.) If the sleeper unit is working up to snuff, it's likely an orifice tube problem in the cab unit or a heater problem (flapper door in ducts, or heater valve) in the cab. But, if the sleeper is not cooling properly either, I'd look for something other than the orifice tube to be the cause. Perhaps a slipping A/C compressor clutch, refrigerant charge, or your pressure switches. It's definitely possible, but not most likely, for both cab and sleeper orifice tubes to be plugged unless you've had the accumulator trashed--which, BTW, would likely trash the compressor.

Sorry for the long post, keep us updated.
