Any current/past drivers for J Rayl?

I live near Akron, do they hire owner operators? Isee thier trucks often but never checked them out because the company equipment looks old and beat up so I figured they were fly by night

 

Im sure they do but don't know any details since I don't go to akron. Im out of virginia and all the drivers out of virginia are company drivers. The two times i been to akron there was two owner operators trucks sitting on yard but no one was in trucks and haven't ran into any out on road either. Yeah their equipment is definitely old and beat up but they have being working on getting newer trucks slowly.
