    It depends on state law, I have my company set up for no tax purchases at shops in Missouri and Kansas for no sales tax with ongoing purchases... I'm sure other states do it also but don't know which ones.

    I've found better prices than OOIDA and Flying Js fleet price when Bosselman shops have them on sale...I'm a big Michelin lover.
