any info about Abilene motor freight

    USX ran Total into the ground, they started out owning 45% then a year later they owned the whole thing, they ran Smith Transport into the ground too, just sayin they start out owning part of the company then they get the whole darn thing.

    usxpress doent run this company .im a driver for them ask me i tell you the truth and show you in black n white ,been here 3 weeks and love it .if you wanna mak e money n go anywhere in
    US ..well first got my truck on 7/23/12 first trip Jacksonville,fla.2 trip pu in warner robins,ga. to WilliAmburg Va then to Riverside calf. then back over to coast of n.c.to Tarboro then i went home until friday pu in concord,n.c to richmond then to where i am getting unloaded in morning here in west Bridgwater,ma. there miles here for sure if you hate setting youll love this company

    dont talk about a co. just because of usxpress not the 49% you say . but only 3% the truth i work there and love it

    Here is what I heard from a former driver and take it for what it is worth: when in orientation they have you sign a sheet taking financial responsibility for any damage to the truck. Why someone would put themselves on the hook for a $100k rig is beyond me. That is what insurance is for. They specialize in having you sit around the terminal in Richmond all day then picking up an overnight delivery to Boars Head in The Bronx. Not cool.
