decent miles, nofighting for home time every month, respect and no one messing with your money such as getting approval for an extra truck wash due to salty roads and then payroll saying no just little things like that to add up.....
-
Sounds like you guys could be happy with Heartland, They have truck washes at the yards, and encourage drivers to use them, The only time kaptkirk has to call for approval for something is having to buy a part(windshield wiper, headlight) which is rare because they stay on top of maintence. We are system so he has ez pass for tolls that are approved and you know ahead of time which are. As far as home time he's home generally every two weeks, when frieght is good he will opt to stay longer. There have been a handful of times in 6 years where they said there was nothing coming into Florida and he was out a couple xtra days till a load became available. We are really happy at Heartland.

sounds real good insurance is a little high and i forgot to ask weekley or biweekley pay any advice. Thanks and stay safe -
Weekly pay.

Pay is weekly and is in the bank late Thursday early Friday morning. Never fail.

Their insurance is very high for a family. Your home time hours will vary but you will at lease get your 34 in. Miles suck as a regional driver, some dispatchers were a pain in the ##### and very very very rude. That dispatcher in GA named Bob is really and ##### HOLE!!! He's got no class.
You will possible do free shuttle with NO pay, I did 3 of them and was told by dispatcher: "I will need a favor from you and I will return one back."
The list goes on but I guess it depends what you want to deal with. I had a HORRIBLE experience at that place and won't recommend Heartless to No ONE!!
Oh yeah when you get your rig be sure to buy a 12v fan and a 12v heater. You will need it. -
thanks for all the info but he decided to go to another co. stay safe
