No they now have 5 years contract with Wal Mart and awg.. they just treat drivers like poop. They made us sign up for this "voluntary" dispatch system.. They just call and tell you when and where you are going... Now my miles have went for 1800 aweek in Oct... to 900 a week...

Think it is time for a change...

You can say I am lying or whatever but it is true.. STAY AWAY!!

I was told the other day by a guy at corp.. it is going to get alot worse before it gets any better..

Sounds like they are going to use the O/O's and the company guys get the crumbs.

NO...they don't make you run illegal..you chose to run illegal.

You need to look in the mirror & accept responsibility for your own actions.

Uhh. He is kind of right... They do force you to run illegal when it suits them.. I won't do it.. but if you are weak minded or they can get you in a hole... They will threaten to fire you if you don't make a delivery or a pick up... I just simply say no and go on about my business... but if you are weak minded or really need the money (which they get you in that hole) they will force you to run illegal.. Yeah its your choice to break the law.. but they encourage it every time they are in a bind.. Even with eobr.. they will say just don't log in... if you get stopped tell them it isn't working..

Example a while back on a milk account we were running west tex to Dallas.. We had a bunch of guys doing it and, well the guy the put in charge of the loads forgot to have the guys out there on Saturday... He(the guy in charge of the account temp not the guy they eventually hired for it). Told drivers that if they laid down under a load he wouldn't allow them to run that account anymore .. Some guys ran 4 back to backs (around 3500 miles).. with 30 minute naps whenever they had the time.. Yeah it was the drivers fault they should have all called the dps on the guy, but they went along to get along.. and again they needed the money.. So while the drivers do need to look in the mirror at themselves.... These companies really need to take out these power hungry freaks that believe they should have the right to dictate when you feel it is safe for you to operate your tractor...
