I'm looking to see if anyone knows or heard of a all O/O company that allow there O/O to hire and train newbies.I was contacted by an O/O and he told me he lease on a all O/O company but they allow there owners to train newbies if they want to.He didn't give me a company name and haven't call me since,and I been unable to reach him via phone.Is there a company out there that 100% all O/O but does hire newbies to be train by the O/O?
