    Anyone known i have violation ticket by weight station dot over load on trailer tandems ! Do I need to report to my company?or I can just pay a ticket not report back to my company ?when I pay ticket it will be follow at my driver license?

    It won't go on your MVR or attach to your CSA as a violation with a score. How much were you over? As far as reporting to the company, I'm not sure, but somebody else will have a better idea.

    Over 2600 I weight at shiper will be 33400somting not over weight but when I go weight station is over beacuse they say maybe my paper load when I going uphill they move back made more weight on my trailer tandem!

    That sucks. Did you strap it, brace it, or block it? How much was the ticket? Did you have to get someone to come rework the load?

    But I ask dot officer he say I can just pay ticket and no records I ask they do I need to report to my company they say up to me ！my question is can I just pay ticket and not report to my company?is anyway my company will fine out I have this ticket?

    No just slid a tandem agin! They have seal on it I can not open door

    I'm not sure about that. But I would imagine that there is a decently good chance the company could find out. But someone will be along shortly with a better idea of that.

    Wow.. paper is a heavy load.. especially to have sliding around... what was the correction.. they wouldn't of just given you a ticket and sent you on your way..
    did you have to have the load reworked or were you able to correct it with sliding your tandems or fifth wheel.

    Wow I ting I just pay ticket and not say anything to my company !if they fine out I'm not report it what will be happen?

    Yes very heavy 44700lb but I weight at shiper will be fine I have scal triket I weight at shipper!i show him my weight he still need get me tricker tell me maybe my paper they fill down to back when I going uphil!
