Tickets from weight stations do not affect your MVR.. but they do affect your CSA score as well as your companies score..
Also.. your company has a policy on this.. on what to do when you get a ticket.
It would be best to be upfront and honest with your company... otherwise when they find out then you will more than likely be fired and have a harder time finding another job..

A lot of times drivers forget to slide the tandems when they pick up a loaded trailer.. so the tandems are all the way back for loading..
