But my load is hook and drop !have seal on it I can not open seal !and I known inside is all Garbage paper Anyway thank for ur answer get me a good idea i will talk to my company about it see what they can do!
Getting an over weight ticket is not a big deal.. it happens and some drivers even collect them... Not telling your company..Swift.. is not a good idea.. you can and will be fired for it..
If your load is shifting and unsecured then whoever loaded it needs to come break the seal and rework the load and secure it... Unless.. it is your tandems which need sliding.. that you do on your own
Report it to your company. It's not a big deal. Overweight tickets don't hurt your MVR or CSA, it's only a fine and keep it pushing.
Oh!!but I ask for officer he tell me not a big deal at my ticket only pay it and no record !i also ask him do I need report to my company he answer is up to me
You're wanting to be a mentor, and "train" newbies, and 1) you don't do things the correct way, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten an overweight ticket And 2) you don't know if you should report it to your company? Sounds like being a mentor is more important to you than just being honest, and reporting it.
Thank you !i ting I will report to my company !and see what they can do because I don't ting is all my fault!because I weight at shipper and slid tandem frist time but officer tell me maybe my load is paper load they filldown back when I going uphill just got a bad luck
