Yeah, but DOT officers are not always correct, and don't know individual company policies. I've specifically had 2 out of 4 give me incorrect information regarding the CSA system in the last 12 months.
Any one can help me ?

On the load securement, I hear ya, driver. Pre-sealed loads are a crap shoot. That is the reason we stopped running hazmat. I, as the driver, have the right to inspect the load and securement. They didn't want to break the seal to let me and I'd turn down the load. They didn't like that and I wouldn't give up my right to inspect.
