I'm from illinois and would like to know if there are any small owner operator companies in illinois that run under their own authority and do not lease their trucks onto the bigger companies. I have 4 years prior experience, 2003 to 2007. I also have a felony in 2011, and i have been out of a truck longer than 6 months and my old CDL expired in 2009. Would a small owner operator fleet sponsor me while i go through CDL training again?
