You need a full year.
Especially With that Felony...
Go sweat it out at a Mega carrier for another few months until you have that full-year.
Then your job search becomes a hell of a lot easier. We can't take anybody with less than a year.
If you don't mind me asking. Is your MVR clean? And what was the felony for?
