    Wow, those people are about three miles from my house. Makes me want to run up there just to look around, I've driven by there several hundred, if not a thousand times.

    The Vibroplex "BUG " is the D-104 of code I want one and someday I'll have $200 to get one but for now ... the wife says NO !

    Thanks all. I'll try spraying the stack pole switch as mentioned along with the cord end and radio plug. It does have a built in very small kicker (90 watts) but no delay switch unless its something internal I dont know about.

    Remove the kicker and see if the delay is still there.
