Any real info on Redding Lumber Transport (RLT)??

Anyone looking into RLT, should keep this in mind.

• You will get loads for sure, we are always busy.
• Modest pay for Tarping
• Modest pay for delay time
• Lousy pay for forced overnight
• Percentage of Load for o/o
• Mediocre cpm for Company drivers (I'm at 35.5 cpm 3rd year as of 4/27/17. 6 years of experience)
• If you live in Redding or Portland you will get decent home time.
• Home time is irregular and just depends on the load.
• The company is good to us as drivers. Owner has open door access
• Dispatchers are some times grumpy and overwhelmed, but will work with you, just snap back when they get pissy.

I am a driver for this company so this is fact. Not speculative information.
