    For the 1st time in our lives I'm afraid I have to disagree with you dear sir.
    Navajo and "the elite fleet" NCI better known as National Carriers are 2 of the worst companies a driver with family and bills could work for.
    I worked on both, and have friends who did.
    If you join "Navajo" make sure you join NAVAJO and not one of their agent/branches.
    If yoy join National Carriers do not let them cheat you onto a lease once you're at their terminal.

    That's a good point, don't drive for any agent of a company; that normally means less pay and lousy benefits if any benefits.
