Is there any Tanker/Bulk out on the West Coast,So Cal, and does a Newbie even stand a chance to attend the training after the standard OTR training? Do they have teams in those divisions?

Newbie asking, hoping to join the "patch".

There is a terminal located in Fontana, CA. I don't know what their requirements are for new drivers in that area though.
