Nyquil wouldn't affect a drug test because it has 25% alcohol, read the label. You'd be doing a sobriety test.:biggrin_25526:

Go to Amazon, search "sleepmask", select The SleepMaster Sleep Mask.($25.50) Use this mask in conjunction with soft foam earplugs (a pair are included with the mask). No worries about passing the whiz quiz!

they are no good long term...they can also cause ear infections. It depends on your ears, but I already have a hearing disability and am highly prone to infection. I've been told by the auidoligest that anything blocking ear airflow can cause infection including extend use of ear plugs.

my top bunk has a sign that says not to be used while in motion unless a safety restraint system is installed. My truck has one installed.

Kinda like your grundies....you've gotta change them occasionally!! YIKES!!!
Buy them in bulk at AirGas or similar business.
I've been using the earplug method for over 15 years, every night, without incident.

All of these things help but if you were me!

You wouldn't run team, I can not sleep in a truck, I have tried it1 ran a few weeks doing it, Still didn't work but that may have been because of the name on the door and not really running team... Good luck if you are stuck! I hope it gets better.

Yep nothing illegal about using the top bunk. And you need to have a restraint system for whichever bunk you use.

The problem is I never seen an upper bunk restraint system. Trucks are designed to haul no more than two people and one has to be driving hence the one harness.

To the OP I don't think any new driver is use to sleeping bouncing around. You get use to it. The first couple weeks might be rough but eventually you'll be tired enough to sleep at a rock concert.

Always sleep with your head on the drivers seat side. They tend to avoid stuff coming at them. You can live without feet but not without your head.
