I've driven the Paccar MX-13 with both a Eaton 13 and an Eaton automated 12. I can shift it smoother than the auto box and keep it in the prime torque band all the time. The auto box thinks 2200 rpm is a good rpm to rev to for shifting purposes.
I don't care what an engineer says, my butter-smooth shifts are doing less damage than that auto box.5UG, QuietStorm, Bean Jr. and 2 others Thank this. -
