That being said, it all depends on what area of trucking you're looking at, the area you live in, and if you're comparing apples to apples.

No matter how much or little your pay is, the important part is "your" commitment to doing the best job you can. Some drivers are top hands and worth every dollar an hour they are paid. Others should find another carrer. Our lowest pay is $36.40/hr. + bennies. This will be my only reply on the subject. Good day.

Pension is the main thing for me we have a 80 years and out ( age combined with years of service) Also a shop Stewart to go to bat for you with discipline stuff. We bid for start time, days off, routes and tractors by seniority.
