I have an interview with Winco next week, and wondering if the hype is real. Lots of press recently about their employee stock plan.

Thing is, I have a fairly decent gig now at UNFI, and don't want to fall into 'grass is greener' syndrome.

Got through the first interview, but decided to back out. Pay scale is a few bucks below what I'm getting now.
